Property management & maintenance
- Our integral property service can be contracted for a month, 3 months, 6 months or a year.
- During the contracted period, taking care of all aspects of being a second home owner, will be our responsibility.
- Whilst carrying out our weekly maintenance checks and works we will prepare a photographic report showing the state and condition of your property, which you will then be able to privately access on our website with an I.D. and code number supplied to you at the moment of signing the integral service contract.
- We are well aware of the different personal likes and requirements of each owner; therefore, can personalise each contract to the owner’s and property’s needs.
- We are a well prepared company with a professional team, ready to work for you and with you.
- We will advise on and manage all the necessary paperwork both for a new owner and an established one; setting up of amenities contracts and direct debits for supplies and bills such as electricity, water, telephone and internet lines, house, car, boat, insurance, town hall (street lighting and rubbish collection charges) and local taxes and rates, etc. etc.
- If you need someone to go with you for an appointment of any kind (legal, medical, financial) we will accompany and translate for you.
