You can easily walk to the nearby bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Diving, boat charter and car hire are also available. The long, golden beach of Arenal d’en Castell and the fishing village with local cuisine restaurants at Na Macaret are within a 5 – 10 minute drive, as is the golf course at Son Parc.

This lovely villa is ideal for a family holiday. It has 3 double bedrooms (1 double with en-suite full bathroom, 2 twin and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower). The sitting room has comfy sofas, satellite TV & CD player and leads through sliding doors to the swimming pool terrace, ideal for eating al fresco, taking the shade or just keeping a watchful eye on the swimmers.

There are ample sunbathing areas in the pretty grassed garden, the swimming pool is rectangular with Roman steps and measures about 8 x 4 mts, with a maximum depth of 1.9mts and there is a built in BBQ. There is a clothes line and exterior washroom with a washing machine in the back garden, reached from the hall way in the house.
There are ramps and steps around the villa making it easily accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
The villa is in a quiet area of Torre Solí Nou near a supermarket and a bus stop. The beach is about 20 minutes walk away and there are bars, restaurants and shops also within walking distance.

This first floor apartment is situated in one of Menorca’s most popular resorts – Calan Porter, on the South of the Island. The complex has a large communal pool with bar & restaurant and grassed gardens. You can walk to the beach (down quite a lot of steps) and easily to the centre of the resort where you will find numerous international bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the famous discoteque set in the caves above the sea, Cova d’en Xoroi.

This very attractive renovated farmhouse cottage is located at the end of a private lane, through green fields, and just a 3 minute drive to Mahon’s harbour or town centre. There are no near neighbours making the house very private. The manor house on the same grounds will not be occupied during rentals therefore ensuring complete privacy.
The garden is very pretty, sheltered and well established with plenty of trees and shrubs. Miquel, the gardener, pops in regularly to clean the pool and maintain the gardens to their high standard. The pool is approximately 9 x 4 mts. For outside dining there is a covered terrace with stone benches, tables and a barbecue next to the grassed garden.
Originally an annexe to the main manor house, the cottage
has been beautifully restored and exquisitely decorated
with antique furniture and bright fabrics. There is a master bedroom with twin beds, doors to the terrace and en-suite bathroom and a further two twin bedrooms with another bathroom, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The Urbanisation of Son Parc is on the North of the Island, about 17km from the capital Mahón and 10 minutes away from Fornells or Mercadal.
The beach is a short drive away or a 10 minute walk; there are shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

This traditional Menorcan farmhouse, although renovated, retains all the original character of the building, with it´s bread oven, enormous entrance hall, various outbuildings, some farm animals and a vegetable plot, looked after by the owner. The animals will not disturb you as they are a distance away from the house.
Finca Sant Pere is on two floors but the second floor is locked. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with a long, pine farmhouse table, a pretty sitting room with TV, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room with a connecting single room, another double room and another full bathroom.

As the house is built on a slight hill it has wonderful views over the south coast and the village of Sant Climent. This village is an 8 minute drive away, Mahón is about 10 minutes away. A vehicle is necessary.
Nearby you will find pretty, country walks and interesting prehistoric remains.
