Description

This very attractive renovated farmhouse cottage is located at the end of a private lane, through green fields, and just a 3 minute drive to Mahon’s harbour or town centre. There are no near neighbours making the house very private. The manor house on the same grounds will not be occupied during rentals therefore ensuring complete privacy.
The garden is very pretty, sheltered and well established with plenty of trees and shrubs. Miquel, the gardener, pops in regularly to clean the pool and maintain the gardens to their high standard. The pool is approximately 9 x 4 mts. For outside dining there is a covered terrace with stone benches, tables and a barbecue next to the grassed garden.
Originally an annexe to the main manor house, the cottage
has been beautifully restored and exquisitely decorated
with antique furniture and bright fabrics. There is a master bedroom with twin beds, doors to the terrace and en-suite bathroom and a further two twin bedrooms with another bathroom, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a well equipped kitchen and a pretty sitting/dining room with TV and HIFI and a washroom. Outside a terrace overlooks the pool area and the countryside.
Price includes maid service and linen change if the stay is for over 10 nights.
